The ACC’s council of presidents decided on Dec. 14 to move all neutral-site ACC championships out of the state until changes are made to the law that outlawed LGBTQ anti-discrimination protection in North Carolina. However, the conference will still send a member school to the Charlotte bowl game.

The SEC will also send a program to the bowl game despite the recent decision to move its basketball media days from Charlotte to Nashville. The ACC will still hold its basketball media days for men and women in Charlotte in October.
